William Roy White

William Roy White, age 57, of Munfordville, KY, passed away at 1:28 AM ET, Monday, December 22, 2008, at Norton Hospice in Louisville, KY. The Texas native was born on October 10, 1951. He was a machine operator for Sister Schubert's in Horse Cave and a U. S. Army Veteran. Mr. White was member of the Morning Star Baptist Church where he served as Deacon for 10 years and an artist with the Hart County Arts & Crafts Guild. He was the son of the late Carnell White and the late Rena (Taylor) White. He is survived by his wife: Sandra (Gaines) White; Four Sons: Tegan Gaines, Troy, Christopher, & Zackery White, all of Munfordville, KY; his Mother-In-Law: Hattie Gaines, Munfordville, KY; Three Sisters-In-Law; Five Brothers-In-Law; & an Uncle: Jack Taylor (Mary), Buna, TX. He is also survived Two Grand Children. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brooks Funeral Home. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers: Donald Roy, James & Joe White. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY. The family will receive friends at Morning Star Baptist Church from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM CT, Sunday, December 28, 2008 and from 10:00 AM to time of service Monday, December 29, 2008. Funeral service will be at Morning Star Baptist Church at 1:00 PM, Monday, December 29, 2008 with Rev. Warner Fishback & Bishop Allen Dice officiating. Interment will be at Morning Star Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
