William A. Perkins

William A Perkins, age 29, of Lexington, KY, died Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was a member of Allen Seminary Baptist Church. He served in the US Army during the Iraq War.
He was the son of the late James Lee Perkins and Sheila Williams Perkins of Horse Cave, KY
Besides his mother he is also survived by a son, Gabriel Perkins and his mother Martina of AZ; two step children, Keyante and Delante and step sister Sue Helen Lawson, Louisville, KY and a host of cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Brook Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 9, 2016 with Rev. Stanford Dixon officiating. Interment will be at Perkins Family Cemetery, Hardyville, KY.
