Willard Hatfield

Willard Hatfield, age 82, of Cub Run, KY, died Sunday, July 26, 2009, at his residence in Cub Run, KY. He was a carpenter, farmer and member of Masonic Lodge ACME #851. He was the son of the late George W. Hatfield and the late Grace Finch Hatfield and husband of the late Shirley Fitzzaland Hatfield. He is survived by one brother: Nelson Hatfield, Louisville, KY; one step son: John Fitzzaland, Munfordville, KY; four step grandchildren: Jana Cottrell, Bonnieville, KY, Melissa Riggs, Bonnieville, KY, Gayla Ross, Elizabethtown, KY, Erica Hawkins, Cub Run, KY; several great grandchildren including, Amber Hawkins, Miranda Hawkins, Fletch Hawkins, Leah Hawkins; three sister-in-laws, Alvine Wilkerson, Munfordville, Linda Jean Taylor and Ruth Thompson, Greenwood, IN; several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, July 28, 2009 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 29, 2009, Bro. Sean Riggs officiating. Interment will be at Cub Run Cemetery, Cub Run, KY. **Masonic rites will be conducted by Bonnieville Masonic Lodge ACME #851 7:00 pm Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Brooks Funeral Home.
