Walter William Schoeck

Walter William Schoeck, age 80, of Bonnieville, KY (Formerly of New York), passed away at 8:00 AM CT Monday, January 12, 2009 in Bonnieville, KY. The New York native was born on December 22, 1928. He was a retired printer with the New York Fire Department. Mr. Schoeck was also a US Army Veteran, a lifetime member of the American Legion, a Kentucky Colonel, a retired life member of the Uniformed Fire Fighters Association & National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He is survived by his wife of 56 years; Patricia Lee (Galligan)Schoeck. Three Daughters: Paula Marie Butler (Roger), Upton, KY; Karol Helene Bloyer (John), Terre Haute, IN; Kristin Marla Schoeck, Florence, KY; Two Sons: Karl Gustav Schoeck (Angela), Brandon, MI; & Erich Emil Schoeck (Melissa), Bowling Green, KY; One Brother: Bernard Schoeck (Julia), Douglaston, NY. He is also survived by 13 Grand Children; One Great-Grand Child; & Two Special Cousins: Albert & Eric Wirth, Douglaston, NY. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM CT, Wednesday, January 14, 2009 and from 9:00 AM to time of service Thursday, January 15, 2009. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 11:00 AM CT, Thursday, January 15, 2009 with Bro. Glenn Routt officiating. The family chose cremation as final disposition.
