Vogel Glass

Vogel Glass, age 86, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2010, at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow, KY. She was a former manager of Blue Grass Motel and was a member of Cherry Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Tom Kersey and the late Maude Herald Kersey. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Glass. She is survived by one daughter: Barbara Bartley, Munfordville, KY; two sons: Junior Glass , Munfordville, KY, Roger Glass (Marsha) of Huston, TX; one brother: Beckham Kersey, Leitchfield, KY; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, William Glass, three brothers and two sisters. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, May 29, 2010, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, May 30, 2010 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday, May 31, 2010. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Monday, May 31, 2010, Bro. Lindell Sexton officiating. Interment will be at Cherry Springs Cemetery, Cub Run, KY.
