Virgie Maevonna (Wright) Geralds

Virgie Maevonna Geralds, age 78, of Glasgow, KY formerly of Hart County, passed away Friday, July 17, 2015, at Glasgow Health & Rehabilitation in Glasgow, KY. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. The Hart County native was the daughter of the late James Wright and the late Mary Alice Fults Wright and wife of the late Noah Geralds.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Geralds and wife Tammy, Glasgow, KY, Jimmy Geralds and wife Judy, Summersville, KY; one daughter, Joann Pierce and husband Roger, Jeffersonville, IN; six grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a grandson, Shane Pierce; siblings, Wilma Alvey, Laverne Goodman, Ora Reynolds, Curtis Wright, James Newton Wright, Orville Wright and Hubert Wright.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Sunday, July 19, 2015 and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT, Monday, July 20, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM CT, Monday, July 20, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. John Shamblin officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
