Velma Pauline (Logsdon) Knight

Velma Pauline Knight, age 86, of Linwood, KY, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. Mrs Knight was a retired Machine Operator at Mallory's and was a member of Church Of God of Prophecy in Linwood.
She was the daughter of the late Homer Logsdon and the late Mae Matthews Logsdon
She is survived by one son, Glen Knight, Linwood, KY; one sister, Ruby Logsdon, Ironton, OH; one brother, William Logsdon, Louisville, KY. She is also survived by three grand children and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Knight.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, April 12, 2014 and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 13, 2014 with Rev. Nicky Fulkerson officiating. Interment will be at Timberlake Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
