Shemiah Jolee (Denney) Avery

Shemiah Jolee Avery, age 40, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY. She was employed by Best Care in Cave City and a member of Bonnieville Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of David Denney and Connie Echols Denney of Bonnieville, KY. Besides her parents, she is also survived by her husband, Tim Avery; two daughters , Makayla Meredith (Tristain), Glasgow, KY, Rylee Knackstedt, Munfordville, KY; one son, Ryan Michael Avery, Munfordville, KY; one grandchild, Hudson Carter Meredith; two sisters, Sherrezz Crean (James), Corpus Christi, TX, Lesley Wilson , Lafayette, LA; one brother, J.D. Denney (Michelle), Munfordville, KY; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Dakota "Cody" Patrick Avery and maternal grandfather William Harvey Echols and paternal grandparents Don & Marie Denney.

The family will host a walk through for friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM CT, Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Brooks Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be private. Interment will be at Cub Run Cemetery, Cub Run, KY.
