Rogenia B (Barlow) Rice

Rogenia B. Rice, age 75, of Cave City, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. She was retired from Donnellys and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late John S. Barlow and the late Bessie Lou Hatchett Barlow. She was also preceded in death by a brother Charles Henry Barlow and a sister Lizzie Mae Barlow.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Rice; two sons, Rodney Rice (Kimberly), Cincinnati, OH, Rondal Rice, Cave City, KY; three grandchildren, Jasmine Wood, Caleb Rice, Taelyn Rice; four sisters, Betty Jane Rice, Cincinnati, OH, Mary Greene (Carl), Cave City, KY, Phyllis Jones, Glasgow, KY, Virginia Barlow, Glasgow, KY; three brothers, John Barlow, Jr. (Josephine), Anchorage, Alaska, Edward Barlow, Clinton, MD, Frankie Barlow (Jolene), Cave City, KY; sister-in-law, Bettie Queen Barlow, Radcliff, KY; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 10:00 am CT - 12 noon on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Owens Chapel Baptist Church, Cave City, KY. Funeral service will 12:00 noon, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Owens Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Edward McDowell and Rev. David Greene officiating. Interment will be at Woodsonville Memorial Gardens, Munfordville, KY.
