Rodney Earl Oiler

Rodney Earl Oiler, age 83 of Elizabethtown, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin. He was a member of Saint James Catholic Church. He was a retired electrician for the Electrical Workers 369. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Marion Thomas and Ruby Mae Ragland Oiler; two brothers, Darrell Martin and Donald (Donnie) Louis Oiler; two sons, Anthony Earl and Donald (Donnie) Martin; one great grandson, Donovan Tyler Hawkins (Stallins). 

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Linda Fay Brewer Oiler of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; four daughters, Sheila Stallins and Charlotte Oiler of Radcliff, Kentucky, Tabatha Edlin and Angela Oiler of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; two sons, Steve Oiler of Radcliff, Kentucky and Nathan Warren of Vine Grove, Kentucky; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great- grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11:00 A.M-2:00 P.M. CT at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (3701 Bacon Creek Rd, Bonnieville, KY 42713). Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. CT at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Bro. Chuck Purlee officiating. Burial to follow at the church cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brooks Funeral Home.  

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
