Robert Ester "Tooter" Hayes Jr

Robert Ester "Tooter" Hayes, Jr., age 70, of Cave City, KY, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY. He was a farmer and a member of Christ Apostolic Church. He was the son of the late Robert L. Hayes and the late Goldie Philpott Hayes. He is survived by his wife: Rosie Hayes; five daughters: Felicia Atwell (Fiance, Roger Gossett), Scottsville, KY, Wanda Dennis (Marvin), Barbie Page (Rodney) and Debbie Pennington (Ricky Joe), Horse Cave, KY, Shelia Rose Pennington (Roger Dale), Hardyville, KY; three brothers: Douglas Hayes and Wayne Hayes both of Horse Cave, KY, Ernest Hayes, Cave City, KY; four sisters: Carol Ballard and Shirley Lathery both of Horse Cave, KY, Clara Bell Cross & Betty Jean Hurt, both of Hiseville, KY; thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by Tabitha Laura Dennis. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, February 2, 2013 and from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:30 PM, Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Cross officiating. Interment will be at Echo Mission Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY. Memorial donations can be made to Brooks Funeral Home for funeral expenses for Robert Hayes Jr.
