Paul Houston Edwards

Paul Houston Edwards, age 80, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Friday, March 22, 2013, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. Mr. Edwards was a retired farmer and a member of Little Blue Springs Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Richard Edwards and the late Willie B Maxey Edwards He is survived by one daughter: Renee Richardson and husband Rev. Terry Richardson, Edmonton, KY; One step son: David Hall and wife Sherry, Horse Cave, KY; three granddaughters; three step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven sisters: Juanita Curry, Frances Edwards, Ruby Barbour, Emily Edwards, Oneva Alfred, Mary J. Cobb and Annie Patton; Three brothers: James Edwards, Roger Edwards and John T. Edwards. Two wives: Mable Louise Reed Edwards (1975) and Bessie Hall Edwards (2006). The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, March 24, 2013 and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday, March 25, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, March 25, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home, Rev. Carl "Dollie" Reed and Rev. Standford Dixon officiating. Interment will be at Edwards Family Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY
