Mildred J. Faulkner Green

Mildred J. Green, age 59, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2010, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was a usher and member of Voices of Woodsonville and the Woodsonville Baptist Church. She was the daughter of Winford Faulkner of Horse Cave and Mayme Rice Faulkner of Munfordville. Besides her parents, she is survived by four children: Trevent Green, Glasgow, KY, Rondell Green (Carmen), Bowling Green, KY, Shanita Green, Cave City, KY, Levise Rice, Horse Cave, KY; one sister: Patricia Percell; three brothers: Donnie Faulkner, Daryl Faulkner (Carolyn), Dwight Faulkner; twelve grandchildren; Jayina Forrest, LeoShea Green, Koree Brooks, LeAndra Green, LaVance Anderson, Rondell Green, Damarrion Green, Zanisha Green, Trevent Green Jr., Jakylie Green, Marshawn Estes, Shaunta Green; four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sybil Faulkner. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, November 15, 2010. Visitationi will be 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Woodsonville Baptist Church. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Woodsonville Baptist Church with, Rev. K. T. Ford and Dr. Michael Rice officiating. Interment will be at Woodsonville Memorial Gardens, Munfordville, KY.
