Merritt Thomas Priddy

Merritt Thomas Priddy, age 73, of Upton, KY, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. Mr. Priddy was retired from the Marley Company and was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Lennie Priddy and the late Ruby Riggs Priddy He is survived by his wife: Mattie Priddy. one daughter: Jeanie Goodman and husband Tim, Magnolia, KY; two sons: Mike Priddy and wife Karen, and Jody Priddy and wife Lara, both of Bonnieville, KY; one brother: Terry Priddy and wife Shannon, Upton, KY; one step-brother: Charles Priddy and wife Sandy, Munfordville, KY: one step-sister: Mary Lynn Walters and husband Kenny of Millerstown, KY; three grand children: Austin, Bret and Emily Priddy; Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Reva Reynolds; one brother: Ronnie Priddy; one step-sister: Charlotte Floyd The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, June 29, 2013 and from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home 3:00 PM, Sunday, June 30, 2013, Bro. Gary Sanders and Bro. Hank Gibson officiating. Interment will be at Weldon Cemetery, Bonnieville, KY
