Mazie G. (Greer) Sims
March 23, 1929 — May 21, 2014
Mazie G. Sims, age 85, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at her home in Munfordville, KY. She was a Homemaker and a member of Munfordville Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Guy Greer and the late Lola Britt Greer
She is survived by her husband Kenneth W. Sims "Whitie", five sons,
Kenneth C. Sims and Darla, Bowling Green, KY, Jimmy D. Sims and wife Carol, Mt. Ula, NC, Gregory R. Sims and wife Bridgette, Armonk, NY, Jeff Sims and wife Jackie, Mary Oaks, CA, Rex A Sims and wife Jane, Abileen, TX; one cousin Willa Lee Greer, Lucas KY. She is also survived by five grand children, two great grand children and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Lana Riddle; three brothers, Buford, Roy and Marvin Greer and one sister, Margaret Elmore.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, May 23, 2014 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 24, 2014, Bro. Andy Haley officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph, KY
