Matthew E. Shrock

Matthew E. Shrock, age 37, of Munfordville, KY, passed Friday, January 13, 2023, at TriStar Skyline in Nashville. Matthew was born July 22, 1985 to Enos Shrock and Lydia Mast Shrock. He was married to Elizabeth Byler on April 19, 2007.

Along with his wife of 15 years, he is survived by his two daughters, Leah Mae Shrock, and Elli Rose Shrock; his four sons, Steven Shrock, Paul Shrock, Jonathan Shrock, Joni Shrock; five sisters, Emma Shrock, Ruth (David) Miller, Leah Mae (David) Yoder, Rachel (Nathan) Miller, and Catherine (Aaron) Detweiler; four brothers, David Shrock, Samuel (Elizabeth) Shrock, Simon (Clara) Shrock, and Nathaniel (Katie) Shrock.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon - 8:00 PM CT on Sunday, January 15, 2023 and again on Monday, January 16, 2023 from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM CT on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. All services will be at the home of his parents, 1581 Cave Hill Rd., Munfordville, KY 42765. Burial will follow in the Wheelers Mill Cemetery.
