Mary Elizabeth "Liz" (Wright) Thompson

Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Thompson, age 81, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at Signature Health Care of Hart County in Horse Cave, KY. She retired from Louisville Bedding Company and was a member of Munfordville Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late James Wright and the late Ada Huff Wright and wife of the late Reno Thompson. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Patricia Bussell, brother James Wright and sisters Etta Mae Huff and Leona Wright.

She is survived by one daughter, Tabatha Bussell, Horse Cave, KY; two sons, Timmy Thompson, Adam Bussell both of Munfordville, KY; one sister, Jean Ragland, Munfordville, KY; three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Noon - 8:00 pm CT Thursday, October 10, 2019 and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm CT Friday, October 11, 2019 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm CT Friday, October 11, 2019 at Brooks Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.
