Lorene Mae Philpott

Lorene Mae Philpott, age 79, of Hodgenville, KY, passed away at 1:00 AM CT Wednesday, July, 30, 2008 at her son's residence in Magnolia. The Hart County native was born on February 10, 1929. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was married to the late William C. Philpott. She was the daughter of the late Berry Mauldin and the late Mary (Dennis) Mauldin. She is survived by One Daughter: Christine Morrow, Louisville, KY; Three Sons: James Hester, Magnolia, KY; William Philpott, Hardyville, KY; & Edward Philpott, Hodgenville, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son: Charles Philpott; three sisters and four brothers. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends on Thursday, July 31, 2008 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM CT and on Friday, August 1, 2008 from 9:00 AM CT until time of service. Funeral service will be on Friday, August 1, 2008 at Brooks Funeral Home at 2:00 PM CT with Bro. Donnie Wilson officiating. Interment will be at Center Point Cemetery, Munfordville, KY
