Lincoln "Abe" Coffey

Lincoln "Abe" Coffey, age 61, of Canmer, KY died Sunday, November 1, 2009, at his residence in Canmer, KY. He was employed by Cumberland Products and attended Caveland Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Arthur Coffey and the late Mary McKinney Coffey. He is survived by his wife: Alice Coffey, two daughters: Gail Gutierrez (Elias), Glasgow, KY, Laura Arms (Pinky), Smiths Grove, KY; one son: Chris Coffey (Clacie), Glasgow, KY; two sisters: Shirley Bryant, Horse Cave, KY, Genevieve Finn, Glasgow, KY; three brothers: William "Fats" Coffey, Greensburg, KY, Carlos Jay Coffey, Summersville, KY, Roger Coffey, Glasgow, KY; five grandchildren, several special nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, Tuesday, November 3, 2009 and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Gibson officiating. Interment will be at Cosby Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY.
