Katie Hoover Ralston

Katie Hoover Ralston, age 78, of Canmer, KY passed away at 4:30 AM Saturday, March 3, 2007, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. The Metcalfe county native was born on May 27, 1928. She was a homemaker and a member of Monroe Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Lemmie Hoover and the late Millie (Asbury) Hoover. She was married to the late Howard Earl Ralston. She is survived by her Two Daughters: Suzanne Allison of Bowling Green, KY; & Jennifer Henderson of Franklin, KY; Two Sons: Howard Ralston, Jr. of Canmer, KY; & Rick Ralston of Versailles, KY. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren & ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Howard Earl Ralston; a son: Robert Lemmie Ralston; great-grandson: Zane Akers; a sister, & two brothers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the March of Dimes. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST Sunday, March 4, 2007 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST Monday, March 5, 2007. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM CST Monday, March 5, 2007 with Bro. William Earl Hedgepeth and Bro. Phillip Trent officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Hardyville, KY.
