Joyce Carolyn (Avery) Dill

Joyce Carolyn Dill, age 69, of Canmer, KY, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. She was a homemaker and a member of Knoxes Creek Baptist Church. The Jefferson County native was the daughter of the late Floyd Avery and the late Vera Crenshaw Avery and the wife of the late Morris C. Dill.
She is survived by three daughters, Kimberly Russell and husband Alan, Hardyville, KY, Tammy Avery and husband George, Canmer, KY, Rebecca Groce and husband Roy, Horse Cave, KY; three sons, Anthony David Kinslow, Sr., Munfordville, KY, Roger Eric Dill and wife Maggie, Jeffersonville, IN, Morris C. Dill, Jr. and wife Joyce, Canmer, KY; three brothers, Donald Avery and wife Cindy, Texas, Hank Avery and wife Janice, Indiana, Roger Avery and wife Susan, Munfordville, KY; five step children, many grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six brothers and four sister.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Brooks Funeral Home with burial in the Pearl Webb Cemetery, Canmer, KY.
