Johnny R. Nunn

Johnny R. Nunn, age 58, of Brownsville, KY (Formerly of Hart County) passed away at 6:56 PM CT Friday, April 25, 2008, at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. The Jefferson County native was born on April 14, 1950. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Nunn was a member of the American Legion Post #81 in Leitchfield, KY. He is the son of Lyndon B. Nunn of Colorado and the late Emaline (Lashley) Nunn. He is also survived by his wife Genevieve (Coffey) Nunn of Glasgow, KY; Three Daughters: Tena Logsdon (Tracey) of Millwood, KY; Melinda Allen (John) of Louisville, KY; Jennifer Woodcock (Chad) of Brownsville, KY; Five Step-Daughters: Marlene Finn of Glasgow, KY; Marketta Finn of Cave City, KY; Marchell Johnson; Jennifer McPherson & Tabitha Franco all of Glasgow, KY; Son: Johnny Ray Nunn, Jr. of Cave City, KY; Step-Son: Gary Finn of Glasgow, KY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 step-grandchildren; & 2 step-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brooks Funeral Home. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT Sunday, April 27, 2008; from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CT Monday, April 28, 2008 & from 9:00 AM to service time Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 11:00 AM CT Tuesday, April 29, 2008 with Bro. Jerry Green officiating. Interment will be at Houk Cemetery in Horse Cave, KY.
