John Thomas "Buggs" Edwards

John Thomas "Buggs" Edwards, age 79, of Horse Cave, KY, passed Saturday, June 19, 2010, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. He was a US Army veteran, Mason, member of the VFW, honorary Colonel and a member of the Little Blue Springs Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Richard Edwards and the late Willie Belle Edwards. He also survived by his wife: Mary Jo Forrest Edwards; two daughters: Terri Dawson (Vandre), Lexington, KY, Margaret Edwards, Lexington, KY; one brother: Paul Edwards, Horse Cave, KY; four grandchildren: Jonathan Edwards, Jordan Dawson, Spencer Dawson, Vanecia Dawson. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, June 23, 2010 and from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Thursday, June 24, 2010. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Little Blue Springs Baptist Church Rev. Keith Rowlett and Rev. Charles Boards officiating. Interment will be at Edwards Family Cemetery at Little Blue Springs Baptist Church.
