Joe Earl Haskins

Joe Earl Haskins, age 67, of Horse Cave, KY, died Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave, KY. He was a retired mechanic. He was the son of the late Willie Haskins and the late Rosie Belle Mills Haskins. He is survived by his wife: Claudette Duncan Haskins of Glasgow; five daughters: Theresa Thompson (Rev. Paul), Horse Cave, KY, Michelle Morrison (Rev. Ricky), Horse Cave, KY, Margaret Jones, Fredonia, KY, Charece Haskins (Timmy), Cave City, KY, Natasha Haskins (Henry), Louisville, KY; three sons: Earl Haskins (Shelia), Hardyville, KY, Nathaniel Haskins, Richmond, KY, Joseph Haskins (Emily), Manchester, KY; four sisters: Rose Martin, Glasgow, KY, Mamie Howard, Glasgow, KY, Shirley Haskins, Glasgow, KY, Margie Haskins, Cave City, KY; three brothers: James Lewis Haskins, Glasgow, KY, Henry Lee Haskins, Glasgow, KY, Thomas Haskins, Louisville, KY; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to the parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Willie Haskins. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Vistiation will be 10:00 am till time of service Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Bearwallow Baptsit Church. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the church with Rev. Paul Thompson and Rev. Glenn Woodard officiating. Interment will be at Horse Cave Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY.
