Jessie Myrtle Clayton

Jessie Myrtle Clayton, age 91, of Park City, KY passed away at 7:48 AM CDT Thursday, August 9, 2007, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. The Hardyville native was born on September 28, 1915. She was a retired caregiver and a member of Allen Seminary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Ed Perry and the late Alice (Green) Perry. She is survived by her Four Daughters: Marie & Irene Davidson both of Park City, KY;Nadine Hibbitt of Bowling Green, KY & Vernie Hayden (David) of Park City, KY; Four Sons: Lee Raymond Clayton (Mary) of Russellville, KY; Emmett Clayton of Park City, KY; Charles Clayton of Horse Cave, KY & Wayne Clayton of Indianapolis, IN; Two Sisters: Susie Bradley & Louise Perry both of Munfordville, KY; Two Brothers: Jim & Vester Perry both of Canmer, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildern, nieces and nephews. Two special granddaughters raised as daughters: Vonya Dixon and Kem Delaney. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Ester L. Terry and five brothers. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY. The family will receive friends at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Park City from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDT Sunday, August 12, 2007 and from 9:00 AM to service time Monday, August 13, 2007. Funeral service will be at the church at 1:00 PM CDT Monday, August 13, 2007 with Rev. Rickie Brown, Sr. and Rev. Keith Rowlett officiating. Interment will be at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Park City, KY.
