Jerry Paul Logsdon

Jerry Paul Logsdon, age 65, of Clarkson, KY, passed away at 8:42 PM CT Saturday, January 31, 2009, at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY. The Grayson County native was born on May 3, 1943. He was a retired factory worker with Vermont America and was a member of Millerstown Missionary Baptist Church where he served as Deacon for over 20 years. He was the son of the late Gilbert Logsdon and the late Nellie (Oldham) Logsdon. He is survived by his wife: Mary (Smith) Logsdon; One Daughter: Paula Walters (Scott), Clarkson, KY; One Son: Jason Logsdon, Upton, KY; Two Sisters: Alberta Fields, Louisville, KY & Beverly Staples, Upton, KY; Six Brothers: Norman Logsdon, Leitchfield, KY; Tom, Roger, Gary & Robert Smith, all Upton, KY & Paul Smith, Munfordville, KY. He is also survived by Four Grand Children: Lance, Kayla, & Kennadi Walters & Sydney Logsdon. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Monday, February 2, 2009 and at Millerstown Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00 AM to time of service Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Funeral service will be at the church at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 3, 2009 with Bro. Stephen Copelin & Bro. Paul C. Hawkins officiating. Interment will be at Brackett Cemetery, Upton, KY.
