Janice Faye Howard

Janice Faye Howard, age 68, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. She was retired from Louisville Bedding Company and was a member of Woodsonville Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late William Brown and Frances Ada Carpenter Brown of Horse Cave. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband: Roscoe Howard; three daughters: Denonna Howard Estes, Munfordville, KY, Camellia Howard, Munfordville, KY, Bernita Howard, Louisville, KY; two sons: Roscoe LaValle Howard (Dana), Lexington, KY, Jose Rodriguez Howard, Bowling Green, KY; three sisters: Wilma Jean Williams, Louisville, KY, Gail Paul (John), Louisville, KY, Ruth Brown, Horse Cave, KY; six brothers: Cecil Brown, Louisville, KY, James Brown, Louisville, KY, Kelton Brown, Louisville, KY, Arthur Lee Brown, Horse Cave, KY, Dennis Brown, Louisville, KY, David Brown, Horse Cave, KY; seven grandchildren: Jerriguez Howard (Misty Logsdon), Tanesha Estes (Nick Wykoff), Jalen Howard, Janelle Howard, Jana Howard, Jerico Howard, Jamaya Knox; four great-Grandchildren: Taylor Logsdon, Jobby Howard, Jamira Howard, Jantin Wykoff; special niece: Felicia Rogers; host of nieces, nephews and extended family. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, May 15, 2011 and from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday, May 16, 2011. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, May 16, 2011 at Woodsonville Baptist Church with Rev. K. T. Ford, Rev. John Glover and Dr. Michael Rice officiating. Interment will be at Woodsonville Memorial Gardens, Munfordville, KY.
