James A. Mabe

James Arnold Mabe, age 80, of Bonnieville, KY, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. He was a farmer and the son of the late Georgie Mabe and Lula Riggs Mabe. He is survived by his wife; Juanita Butler Mabe, Bonnieville, KY; two daughters: Judy Riggs, Munfordville, KY, Lois Riggs, Bonnieville, KY; one brother: Verlon Mabe (Viola), Bonnieville, KY; four grandchildren, several great grandchildren and serveral great great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a son: Mark Allan Mabe; grandson: Billy Riggs; 3 brothers: Nelce, Ervin and Roy Mabe and a sister: Dorothy Mabe Bridges. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM, Friday, October 28, 2011 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 29, 2011. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 29, 2011, Bro. Phillip Sallee officiating. Interment will be at Upton Cemetery, Upton, KY.
