James Kevin Hazelwood

James Kevin Hazelwood, age 49, of Hodgenville, KY, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. He was employed by Walter's Cabinets, avid pool player and of the Baptist Faith.
He was the son of Hubert Hartshel Hazelwood of Upton, KY and Leona Nadine Ragland Gibbs and husband Charles of Elizabethtown.
He is further survived by two sisters, Beverly Williams, Henderson, KY, Billie Blevins, Louisville, KY; one brother, David Puckett, Horse Cave, KY; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Friday, November 1, 2013 and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT, Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM CT, Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home with Marty Edwards officiating. Interment will be at Memory Park Cemetery, Bonnieville, KY.
