Henry Wayne Butler (Shorty)

Henry Wayne Butler (Shorty), age 71, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Friday, April 8, 2011, at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave, KY. He was a formerly employed as a truck driver for Winn Dixie and was a member of Lyons Missionary Baptist Church in Louisville Ky. He was the son of the late Victor Butler and the late Deva (Miller) Butler and he was married to the late Barbara Jean (Smith) Butler He is survived by his wife Leana (Burba) Butler of Munfordville, Ky; one son Greg Butler (Carol) of Louisville, Ky; two Daughters; Tabitha Clark (Doug), Louisville, Ky; and Nancy Toney (Chris) of Munfordville, Ky. He is also survived by five grandchildren; Alicia and Allison Butler; Andrea and Ashton Clark; and Tristan Toney. A special aunt who raised him, Lillian Coleman of Louisville, Ky. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Sunday, April 10, 2011. and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT, Monday, April 11, 2011. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM CT, Monday, April 11, 2011, Bro. Tim Jones officiating. Interment will be at Brackett Cemetery, Upton, KY
