Helen Rodgers Adams

Helen Rodgers Adams, age 93, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023. She was a member of Faith Apostolic Church in Elizabethtown, KY. Helen was an office administrator at Trinity Village Retirement Home and the lead cook at the Boys Industrial School in Pine Bluff, AR. She loved to cook and made the world's greatest dressing and dumplings!

She was the daughter of the late Harvey "Jake" Rodgers and the late Floy Stikeleather Rodgers.

She was preceded in death by her first husband and the father of her children, Jack William Greene; her second husband, Samuel "Sam" Adams; her brother Jimmy Rodgers.

She is survived by two daughters, Regina Estes (Ricky) of Horse Cave, KY, and Janet Rushing of Horse Cave, KY; two grandchildren, Melissa House (Gary) of White Hall, AR, and Jonathan Estes (Melissa) of Bowling Green, KY; and one great-grandchild, Elliott Estes of Bowling Green, KY.
