Haskell Lee Hawkins Sr

Haskel Lee Hawkins, age 75, of Munfordville, KY, died Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave, KY. He was a former employee of Clarks Trucking Co. He was the son of the late Robert Hawkins and the late Emma Taylor Hawkins. He is survived by two daughters: Kellie Hornback, Elizabethtown, KY, Sissie Foust, Irvington, KY; two sons: Lee "June Bug" Hawkins, Mount Washington, KY, Eric Hawkins, Somerset, KY; one step daughter: Gertie Deacon, Nicholasville, KY; one step son: Jesse Hawkins, Harned, KY; two sisters: Iona Rogers, Louisville, KY, Joy Thomas, Munfordville, KY; one brother: Leo Hawkins, Louisville, KY; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Friday, August 7, 2009. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Friday, August 7, 2009 with Wilbur Miller officiating. Interment will be at Smith Cemetery, Munfordville, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hawkins Family in care of Brooks Funeral Home.
