Georgenia Curry, age 69, of Louisville, KY formerly of Munfordville, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2010, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was retired from Phillip Morris and a member of Woodsonville Baptist Church where she served on the Kitchen Committee.
She was the daughter of George Thomas Brown of Bedford, Indiana and the late Frances Craddock Woodard Brown. She was also the wife of the late William L. 'Dub' Curry.
Besides her father, she is also survived by one daughter: Michelle A. Wilson (Keith), Louisville, KY; one son: Michael Crenshaw (Tequlia), Louisville, KY; two sisters: Mary E. Rowlett (James), Rowletts, KY, Phyllis R. Wagers (Forrester), Bedford, IN; four bothers: Clarence Brown (Darlene), Bedford, IN, William T. Brown (Sharon), Bloomington, IN, Rick Brown (Tammy), Mitchell, IN, Ed Brown, Bedford, IN; two aunts: Florence Bradley, Munfordville, KY, Frances A. Brown, Horse Cave, KY; one uncle: William 'Bud' Brown, Louisville, KY; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Marinetta Crenshaw.
