Emily Elizabeth King

Emily Elizabeth King, age 84, of Bonnieville, KY, died Monday, October 19, 2009, at Barren County health Care Center in Glasgow, KY. She was retired from Nationwide Uniform and a member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late George Priest and the late Mary Tennyson Priest, and the wife of the late Ted King. She is survived by four daughters: Betty King, Munfordville, KY, Cynthia King, Jacksonville, FL, Mavis King, Munfordville, KY, June King, Bonnieville, KY; one son: Myron King, Louisville, KY; one sister: Virgie Compton, Glasgow, KY; two grandchildren: Samantha Pike-Spencer (Jason), Craig King; two great grandchildren: Lex Spencer, Ryan Elizabeth Spencer. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Funeral service will be at Brooks Funeral Home at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, October 21, 2009, Bro. Curtis Slinker officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
