Elbert Paul

Elbert Paul, age 93, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. Mr Paul was a farmer and a member of the Bearwallow Baptist Church. He is the son of the late Richard Paul and the late Lee Ennis Paul. He is survived by four daughters: Christine Young and husband Paul, Glasgow, KY; Sherry Washington and husband William, New Liberty, KY; Bertha Alexander and husband Ronnie, Cave City, KY; Lois Rice and husband Ronnie, Louisville, KY; six sons: Clarence Paul, Chester Paul and Roger Paul, all of Horse Cave, KY; James Paul and wife Marilyn, Glasgow, KY; Arlene Paul and wife Karen, and William Paul all of Louisville, KY; Ashley Alexander a caretaker, several grand children, great grand children, great-great grand children and several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sons: Howard Paul, John Paul, Robert Paul and David Paul; five brothers: Jim Paul, Richard Paul, Henry Paul, Willie Paul and Bob Paul. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday, June 24, 2013 at Bearwallow Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at Bearwallow Baptist Church at 1:00 PM, Monday, June 24, 2013, Rev Glenn Woodard and Rev. Larry Graves officiating. Interment will be at Bearwallow Cemetery, Horse Cave, KY
