Edna Lee Johnson

Edna Lee Johnson, age 69, of Munfordville, KY passed away at 1:20 PM CST Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave, KY. The Barren County native was born on April 21, 1937. She was a homemaker and a member of Bearwallow Baptist Church. She was married to the late Frank Johnson. She was the daughter of the late Robert Garnett and the late Vanda (Richardson) Ellis. She is survived by her Step-Father: J. B. Ellis of Horse Cave, KY; Four Sisters: Linda & Mary Ellis both of Indianapolis, IN; Shirley Faye Rice of Saginaw, MI; Patricia A. Jones of Jeffersonville, IN; Six Brothers:Charles Ellis of Munfordville, KY;Willie & Henry Ellis both of Louisville, KY; Earl Ellis of Indianapolis, IN; Cecil Ellis of Sturgis, KY; Robert Ellis of Detroit, MI. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Johnson & a brother: Joe B. Ellis Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, KY where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST Friday, November 17, 2006 and at Bearwallow Baptist Church from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST Saturday, November 18, 2006. Funeral service will be at Bearwallow Baptist Church at 1:00 PM CST Saturday, November 18, 2006 with Rev. Kenneth Carter and Rev. William Parker officiating. Interment will be at Bearwallow Cemetery in Horse Cave, KY.
