Dwight "David" Dennis, age 51, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013, at his residence in Munfordville, KY. He was employed by Hart County Health Care, a Kentucky Colonel and was a member of Pleasant View United Baptist Church.
He was the son of the late Joe Dennis and Pearline Sanders Dennis of Munfordville, KY who survives.
He is also survived by his wife, Anita Talley Dennis; one daughter, Hollie Dennis, Munfordville, KY; six sisters, Faye Skaggs and husband Barry, Chalybeate, KY, Brenda Pannell and husband Billy, Munfordville, KY, Cathy Goldsmith, Munfordville, KY, Linda Rucker and husband Phillip, Munfordville, KY, Patsy Fulkerson and husband Mike, Munfordville, KY, Jeanie Rucker and husband Ricky, Munfordville, KY; two brothers, Ricky Dennis, Munfordville, KY, Michael Dennis and wife Pam, Horse Cave, KY; several nieces and nephews.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother Tommy Dennis
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Pleasantview United Baptist Church. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Pleasantview United Baptist Church. Interment will be at Pleasantview Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
