Dustin Tyler Fields

Dustin Tyler Fields, age 24, of Upton, KY, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was a farmer and a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
He was the son of Doug Fields and Pam Riggs Fields of Upton, KY.
He is also survived by his wife, Jennifer Fields; twin sons, Noah Fields and Caleb Fields; one sister, Joni Brooks and husband Allen, Mammoth Cave, KY; two brothers, Brandon Fields and wife Wendy, Upton, KY and Brian Fields and wife Missy, Upton, KY. He is also survived by two grandfathers, Ronnie Fields of Upton and Marion Riggs of Millerstown. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Goldie Fields and Shirley Riggs and one cousin, Nicholas Riggs.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT, Thursday, October 24, 2013, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM CT, Friday, October 25, 2013 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 26, 2013 Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist church with Bro. Stephen Copelin and Bro. Shane Wilson officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery, Upton, KY.
