Donnie Coleman Smith

Donnie Coleman Smith, age 55, of Hardyville, KY, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 at his home. He was a retired truck driver, retired fireman and EMT from the Hardyville Fire Department, deacon and member of Hardyville Union Church.
He was the son of Kenneth Coleman Biggs and Betty Jean Sexton Biggs and the late Jimmy Allen Smith. Besides his parents, he is also survived by his wife, Kimberly Hatcher Smith; one son, Adam Christopher Smith and wife Lindsey, Clarkson, KY; one daughter, Ashley Finn and husband Dennis, Pewee Valley, KY; four granddaughters: Lucy Abigail Smith, Leah Annabelle Smith, Caroline Grace Finn, Colbie Harper Finn; one sister, Valery Walters, Munfordville, KY; a brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, June 13, 2016 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Locke officiating. Interment will be at Munfordville Municipal Cemetery, Munfordville, KY. Memorial contributions can be made to Hardyville Union Church Building Fund, Hosparus of Barren River or Gideons and left at the funeral home.
