Delvina (Rucker) Dorsey

Delvina Dorsey, age 97, of Upton, KY, passed away Monday, September 28, 2020 at her residence in Upton, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Leitchfield Crossing Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Richard "Ed" Rucker and the late Iola O'Neal Rucker and wife of the late Robert Dorsey. She was also preceded in death by a son Jerry H. Thompson and a daughter-in-law Linda G. Thompson.

She is survived by one son, Wayne R. Thompson, Upton, KY; two grandchildren, Jerry W. Thompson (Annette Baysek), Priscilla Thompson; one great grandchild, Jarod Thompson; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Saturday, October 3, 2020. and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT, Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM CT, Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home. Interment will be at Hubbard Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
