Delbert Tilley

Delbert Lee Tilley, age 73, of Hardyville, KY, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at Signature Health Care of Hart County.  He was a US Army Veteran having served one tour in Vietnam. He was a former Hart County Deputy Sheriff, he was a volunteer for the Bonnieville, Munfordville and Priceville Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting with his nephew Mike, fishing and traveling on his motorcycle.

He was the son of the late Blon Tilley and Kathleen Dye Tilley. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Tyler Glacken; one sister, Pam Walters and a son-in-law, Lee Glacken.

He is survived by two daughters, Mechelle Cooper and her husband Roger, Hardyville, KY and Shannah Glacken, Munfordville, KY; six grandchildren, Katie Kerr (Brandon), Sara Kerr (Danny), Krysta Kerr, Cody Houk, Dillon Houk, and Christopher Glacken.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM CT on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Brooks Funeral Home.

Keeping with Delbert's wishes, cremation will follow and there will be no memorial service held.
