Debra Johnson

Debra Johnson, age 65, of Smiths Grove, KY, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022. at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky. She was a former employee of Hart County Health Care and she was attendant at the Wigwam Motel in Cave City.

She was the daughter of the late Lonnie Johnson and the late Hazel Meredith Frazier.

She is preceded in death by her three brothers, Ray Johnson, Ike Johnson and Roger Johnson; her cousin Phyllis Humphrey.

She is survived by her life partner and love, Manuel Flores, Smiths Grove, KY; three daughters, Shawna Puckett (Kim Wren) Smiths Grove, KY, Janet Paul, Glasgow, KY, Melissa Puckett, Munfordville, KY; three sons, Lonnie  Puckett (Gina Runyon), Edmonton, KY, Labian McElroy, Smiths Grove, KY, Floyd Puckett (Beth), Munfordville, KY; bonus daughters, Lucia Walbert, Elizabethtown, KY, Leesa Mundy, Glasgow, KY; three sisters, Doris Dunfort, Shepherdsville, KY, Linda Kay Druen, Edmonton, KY, Patricia Fancher, Hardyville, KY; her first born granbaby, Kaysie  Maria Lee Puckett; several grandbabies, great-grandbabies and one grandbaby she didn't get to meet, Kenzie Debra Puckett.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM CT on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Brooks Funeral Home. A celebration will be held at 1:00 PM CT on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Brooks Funeral Home.
