DeAnna Anstead Barton

DeAnna Marie Barton, age 33, of Upton, KY, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 in Hardin County from injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was formerly employed by Grayson Manor Nursing Home and was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Gary Anstead and Teresa Carby Anstead of Upton, KY. Besides her mother, she is survived by two sons: Douglas Barton, Upton, KY, Robert "Bobby" Barton, Upton, KY; one brother: Norman Anstead (Priscilla), Upton, KY; one niece: Rachel Anstead; two nephews: Michael Anstead, Jonathan Anstead; great grandmother: Dora Carby, Elizabethtown, KY; one aunt: Cheryl Goodrich (Al), Ovid, MI; two uncles: Glennie Carby (Cathlene), Upton, KY, Craig Carby, Upton, KY; two great aunts: Beverly Knight (Donald), Upton, KY, Phyllis McGrew (Justin), Clarkson, KY and many cousins. Besides her father she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frankie and Helen Carby and adoptive grandparents and grandmother. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM CT, Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM CT, Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service will be 1:30 PM CT, Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Randall Kessinger and Bro. Shane Wilson officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery, Upton, KY. Brooks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
