David Wayne Van Meter

David Wayne Van Meter, age 50, of Cub Run, KY, passed away Monday, February 6, 2012, at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY. He was formerly employed by NAPA. He was the son of the late Arthur Van Meter and the late Grace Priddy Van Meter He is survived by a fiance: Amanda Alvey; two sons: David Van Meter, Jr., Brandenburg, KY, Bobby Van Meter, Cub Run, KY; three step daughters: Tammy Alvey, Katelyn Alvey and Rose Alvey all of Cub Run, KY; two nieces: Tracey Lindsey and Rhonda Priddy both of Louisville; three grandchildren. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home.
