Damien Thompson

Damien Thompson, age 20, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. He was a 2021 graduate of Barren County High School. He was an avid reader and writer of short stories, he enjoyed listening to music and being with his family and friends.

He was the son of Stephen Thompson and Nina Paul.
He is survived by His parents, Stephen Thompson and his wife Ashley of Cave City and Nina Paul and her husband Lee Lee of Park City; five brothers, Jordan Paul, Javonte Paul, Josiah Paul, Brayden Thompson, and Trevin Thompson; maternal grandparents, Willard and Ruth McDowell, Cub Run, KY; his paternal grandparents, John Allen and Patrica Sue Thompson, Bonnieville, KY; a special friend, Hailey Wolfe, Glasgow, KY; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family also survive.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM CT on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM CT on Friday, September, 29, 2023 at Brooks Funeral Home. Honoring the wishes of Damien, cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
