Daisy Mae Wise

Daisy Mae Wise, infant daughter of Jeremy Wise and Chasitty Crain Phillips of Munfordville, KY, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Besides her parents, she was survived by one sister, Aribella Phillips; four brothers, Thomas Phillips, River Wise, Levi Wise, Griffin Wise; grandparents Don Wise, Sharon Wise, Scotty Crain and Rhonda Dulin (Greg); great grandparents Fonda Smith, Delbert Crain, Dorthy Crain, Eva Ray.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home.
