Cozetta Mae Buster

Cozetta Mae Buster, age 84, of Cub Run, KY, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is daughter of the late William Clarence Hawkins and the late Gertie Esther Buster Hawkins.

She is preceded in death by her husband Edward Earl Buster, seven sisters, Elizabeth Bishop, Frances Glass, Mary Kay Gore, Rowvena Grass, Aloma McDowell, Lucy Meredith, and Charlene Taylor; two brothers, J.W. Hawkins and Damon Hawkins. 

She is survived by her son, Steven Buster (Mary Pat), Cub Run, KY; one granddaughter, Bella Buster (Gage Thornton); one great-grandson, Gabriel Buster; one sister, Kathy McFarland (Barry); one brother, Samuel Hawkins (Veronica); several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family also survive.

Cremation has been chosen and there are no services scheduled at this time. Brooks Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
