Clayton David Sturgeon

Clayton David Sturgeon, age 49, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015, at his home in Horse Cave, KY. Mr. Sturgeon was employed by State Highway Rest Area and attended Caveland Baptist Church.

He was the son of the late Eddie Sturgeon and the late Bulah Katherine Dennis Sturgeon

He is survived by two sons, Tyler Sturgeon and Nathan Sturgeon, both of Horse Cave, KY;  five sisters, Vonna Sturgeon, Munfordville, KY, Judy Smith, Munfordville, KY, Carolyn Warenski, Horse Cave, KY, Marlene Thomas, Park City, KY, Sandy Whitmer, Cave City, KY;  three brothers, Steve Sturgeon, Kansas, Larry Sturgeon and Danny Sturgeon, both of Munfordville, KY.  He is also survived by three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Tony Sturgeon and one sister Nina Holliday.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Saturday, April 11, 2015.  and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT, Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home.  Funeral servivce will be 1:00 PM Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Devine officiating.  Interment will be at Center Point Cemetery, Munfordville, KY
