Charles Rowlett Jr

Charles Rowlett, Jr., age 76, of Munfordville, KY, passed Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. He was retired from Dow Corning, belonged to International Chemical Workers Union #970 and was a member of Woodsonville Baptist Church. He was the son of the late George Rowlett and the late Mattie Maxey Rowlett. He is survived by his wife: Betty Rowlett; four daughters: Anita Wilson (Steve) and Stacy Rowlett both of Rowletts, KY, Tonya Rowlett and Tracy Rowlett both of Munfordville, KY; one son: Rev. Keith Rowlett (Diane), Glasgow, KY; one step daughter: Beverl Huff, Munfordville, KY; two step sons: Mark Huff and Scott Huff both of Bowling Green, KY; three sisters: Stella Jones (Omega), Knob Lick, KY, Georgia Rowlett and Darlene Rowlett both Louisville, KY; four brothers: James Rowlett (Mary) and Johnny Rowlett both of Munfordville, KY, Ned Rowlett (Alayna), Bonnieville, KY, Mitchell Rowlett, Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one step great grandchild. He was preceded in death by three sisters: Janice Curry, Addie Ford, Lillian Rowlett and a brother, Ronnie Rowlett. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM, Friday, November 2, 2012 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Brooks Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Stewart and Rev. K. T. Ford officiating. Burial will be in the Walter's Community Cemetery.
