Carroll "Butch" Turner

Carroll Lee "Butch" Turner, age 68, of Upton, KY, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014, at Signature Nursing Home in Elizabethtown, KY. Mr. Turner was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

He was the son of the late Paul Turner and the late Dorothy Murray Turner

He is survived by four daughters, Cheryl Burgess and husband Clarence, Shepherdsville, KY, Jessica Turner, Tiffany Turner and Hillary Turner all from  Florida;  three sons, Anthony Turner, Louisville, KY, Robert Turner and wife Shannon, Upton, KY, Eli Turner and wife Jill, Dayton OH;  two sisters, Betty Hall and husband Paul, Upton, KY, Norma Johnson and husband Bart, Shepherdsville, KY;  two brothers, Ronnie Turner and wife Melinda, Bonnieville, KY, Ricky Turner, Upton, KY;  He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday, December 7th from 10:00 AM CT until 2:00 PM CT at Brooks Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Sunday, December 7th at 2:00PM CT at Brooks Funeral home with Rev Billy Joe Foster officiating.   Interment will be at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Bonnieville, KY
